| Recorded and mixed at Easy Sound Studios, winter 1984. Mixing assisted by Freddy Frank. |
| Notes: | 'Apparently All The Same' was the first and only album released with MH's Under For ensemble and probably one of his most significant releases during the eighties. The recording featured a vocally very distant MH, hiding away in the majestic grandeur of the music itself. The album still stands as a monolith of accomplishment in terms of its poetic beauty and quiet desperation and reflects the melancholic zeitgeist of this period incredibly well.
Now deceased producer Freddy Frank (painter, electronic musician and founder of Gry Records) assisted MH during the mix process of the record. The album was warmly recommended in both New Musical Express and Sounds.
The LP contains "Imagine Focus", a classic track from this period and a number that MH played live at most concerts in the period 1993-1996. |
