| Recorded and mixed at Hookfarm Studio, spring 1985. |
| Notes: | Front And Fantasy was a collaboration between MH and now deceased Martin Krogh, a group born out of both artists' need to work in a different way - MH being able to write the music with a partner and having it produced differently than on his own, and MK being able to work with the more elegant end of pop music via MH (opposed to his early days in glamour punk-group Ads and later the industrial-inspired Dualistic World Code).
The duo only recorded this one song throughout their existence (the B-side was an instrumental remix of the song). Martin Krogh committed suicide in April 1988.
The song remains a classic in various club connections, from the legendary 80's discotheque Bar Bue to later clubs such as Conflicto, The Black Cat and Faust. In 2009 Danish EBM pioneer Leæther Strip recorded a cover version of the title. |
