Ritual var Martin Halls første soloplade, et minialbum der bestod af tre stykker meget forskelligartet musik. Part 1 var baseret på slagtøj og industrielle loops, part 2 var et køligt stykke disco og part 3 en suite for violiner.
Pladen blev udgivet på det uafhængige pladeselskab Karma Records som modreaktion på Halls tidligere kontrakt med det multinationale CBS (Sony Music).
